With over 30 years of experience in medical practice, I have witnessed firsthand the evolving patterns of illness and recognised that many of these conditions are closely linked to lifestyle factors. This insight sparked my passion to advocate for meaningful change in health and wellbeing.
During a period of personal recovery, I identified a significant unmet need in the support and guidance available to individuals on their healing journey. This inspired me to create a one-stop, evidence-based solution where people can make the changes necessary for their own recovery.
Today, I focus on mentoring individuals after brain injury and delivering brain health education through recovery programs and immersive retreats. I established this business to provide comprehensive support and guidance helping people reclaim their health and wellbeing.
