RONO Health uses evidence‑based Lifestyle Medicine to support brain health and function. These approaches can reduce symptoms and help lower the risk or progression of neurodegenerative disease.
By addressing root causes — such as inflammation, metabolic dysfunction, and environmental toxins — Lifestyle Medicine (LM) can enhance brain recovery and improve long‑term well-being.
We are living in a world our biology was never designed for.
Chronic stress, ultra‑processed foods, sedentary lifestyles, poor sleep, toxins, social isolation, and digital overload all place pressure on the brain. These factors can switch on harmful genetic pathways and drive inflammation, insulin resistance, and other processes that contribute to cognitive and physical decline.
At RONO Health, we translate cutting‑edge science into practical, achievable lifestyle strategies that help you:
Lifestyle Medicine is not an alternative to healthcare—it is foundational medicine that works alongside modern medicine
RONO Health uses evidence-based LM pillars help activate healing pathways in the brain and body.
We focus on:

RONO Health integrates environmental awareness into recovery all programmes , We co-evolved with nature, it helps us to function and survive. However, modern living — including rising pollution levels — is placing increasing pressure on our brains and bodies.
To protect our health, we need to build sustainable habits and care for the environment that sustains us. When the planet is able to recover, we benefit from the healing influences it provides.
In 2024, the World Health Organization (WHO) highlighted the importance of health professionals addressing climate change as part of patient care. RONO Health helps providers embed this approach into their practice so that both patients and the environment can begin to recover.

With over 30 years of experience in medical practice, I have witnessed the changing patterns of illness and recognised how closely many conditions are linked to lifestyle factors. This insight sparked my passion to advocate for meaningful change in health and well-being.
During my own period of recovery, I became aware of a significant gap in the support and guidance available to people on their healing journey. This led me to create RONO Health — from the Greek word Anarrono, meaning recovery. I wanted to build a one‑stop, evidence‑based resource where individuals could access the tools they need to support their own recovery.
Today, I focus on mentoring individuals after brain injury and delivering brain health education through recovery programmes and immersive retreats. I established this business to provide comprehensive support and guidance, helping people reclaim their health and wellbeing.

I am a medical doctor, registered dietitian, and certified health coach with a passion for transforming lives through evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle interventions. With a background in practising medicine and with over 25 years experience in the field of nutrition, I integrate clinical expertise with a holistic approach to health. My areas of focus include obesity and metabolic health, diabetes and Pre-diabetes, women’s health (peri/menopause and PCOS), and gut-related disorders such as IBS, coeliac disease, diverticulosis, and microbiome imbalances
