Our journey was deeply shaped by Dr. Helen Monk’s personal experience. After sustaining a brain injury in 2020, she sought ways to reduce inflammation, aid healing, and prevent long-term complications. Yet, finding clear, actionable guidance was unexpectedly difficult. While group support sessions provided by brain injury units were helpful, they lacked condition-specific communities, making it harder for individuals to connect and engage.

It provides tailored LM programs for specific conditions, clinical and nutritional expertise, along with collaboration across key medical specialties.
